The Sewers are a labyrinthian series of tunnels located beneath the centre of Cascade City. Fetid and foul smelling, only those with no other place to go regularly frequent these depths, with most inhabiting a curious shanty village formed in the centre of a large intersection.

The Sewers are not located on the overworld - instead they must be accessed via open manhole covers located around Downtown, Koreatown, and the southern railway.

As rough as life in Cascade can be, it would take an exceptional level of adversity to force someone to consider living down in the sewers. Those who find themselves living in the sewers are likely those who can find no place in other communities; the most reprehensible criminals, the paranormally altered, those burdened by some great shame, or perhaps just the strangest people of society who want to fade away into the darkness.

There's little to do in the sewers but crowd around together and drink the days away - at least the booze masks the smell of the place and its residents. There are no security guards to be found, or any other services for that matter. One must be self-sufficient above all else.

• Shanty Village - A shanty village located in the heart of the sewers. The Storm Drain bar serves as the centrepiece to this small, ramshackle community.
• Surface Access - A number of ladders and access tunnels which allow covert travels between various parts of Koreatown, Downtown, and parts of the southern railway.

• The Storm Drain - A bar located in the centre of the Sewers' shanty town.

The Sewers are home to 15 player properties. These generally take the form of shanties in the shanty village or a number of converted maintenance closets along the southern tunnels.
