The people of District 12 have endured many a hardship, the people living amongst its slums often coming from the harshest poverty. It's only by banding together and forming a unique sense of community that they have continued to persevere. The downtrodden and those without anywhere else to go may find themselves at home in District 12, though those who are so reprehensible as to be rejected may be forced to take to the [[Sewers]] for shelter instead.
