**Prodigy** is a [[background trait]] which lowers the skill point cost of all [[skills]] by 1 each, but in turn places a -10% malus on all of the character's [[stats]].

===== Additional Notes =====

  * This trait is functionally the inverse of the trait [[Shounen Hero]].

  * Due to the way this trait works, it is most efficient to use it if you intend to invest in skill trees featuring a lot of nodes or skills with levels. For example, a character intending to complete the [[Umbramancy]] tree could save 35 SP owing to the large volume of nodes featuring levels on that tree.
