Located in the northern reaches of the [[Academy District]], **Aethergarde** Academy appears to be a modern day university at a glance, but secretly it serves as the heart of the [[the-tracer-order|Tracer Order]]'s operations in Cascade City. Behind closed doors and in secret chambers, fledgling [[Tracers]] are trained and educated in the magical arts, forged into combatants capable of facing down the threat posed by [[ALTER|ALTERs]].

Aethergarde Academy is considered a **sub-district** of the Academy District. It is currently not fully implemented beyond the map topography and possesses no notable features yet.

  * **Classrooms** - The Academy is home to a number of classrooms with a number of different layouts such as a gymnasium and a computer lab, which are great venues for hosting lessons and training sessions.
